The following form will be used to order your action and head shot photographs…

The cost for the action shots are as follows…
4X6 @ $5.00 each; 10 or more assorted are $3.50 each; 25 or more are $2.50 each.
5X7 @ $10.00 each; 10 or more assorted are $8.00 each.
8X10 @ $20.00 each; 10 or more are $15.00 each.
This price includes colour and density correction but no retouching or artwork.

Please note that Taxes plus the Shipping of $4.00 per order will be added to the cost of the photographs... Of course you may pick them up at our studio.

The cost for the head shots are as follows…
4X6 or 5X7 @ $12.00 each; 8X10 @ $20.00 each.
This price includes colour and density correction plus retouching and enhancement of the photographs.

Please fill all the information is case we will be mailing these to you.

To order fill in the sizes and quantities that you want in the "Additional Information" box and we will then contact you as soon as possible after your order has been received. We will need a credit card number including the name on the card, expiration date and conformation number on the back of the card.
