Hello Brother.

Thank you for your interest in the Speakers Assignment Program.

This is version 6.2 of the Speakers Program and was last updated on December 2004. It is designed to work under the Windows platform. I have tested it with Windows 95, 98, and XP and it work with all of them.

The download is a complete copy of the program with the exception that you cannot change the congregation name in the setup file. This means that you can only test and see if it will work for you.

Please feel free to download the Program, Unzip the File, double click on Speakers.exe and follow the instructions on screen. Or download the helpfiles.pdf for instructions, installation and how to use the program, click here to download the help files.

If you would like a full copy for use with your congregation name, you have two options to get it.
1. Download it from the website and 2. Order a copy on CD by mail. The cost for the program downloaded from the website and the setup file is $25.00 US.
The cost for the CD and the mailing is $35.00 US.

Now you have two options for payment. One is by mailing me a check and the other is by Paypal.

Let's get started!
1. Download the copy from this page if you have not already done so and email me for the setup file with your congregation name. Once you received your replacement setup file and you need help replacing it you can click here for instructions. or 2. Order the full copy on CD. The CD includes a full copy of the Speakers Program and help files. Please note that the help files are Zipped and you will need to first unzip them and they are also in Adobe Acrobat. The help files on the CD are both in Adobe acrobat as well as Microsoft word.

You will also want to download the help files.
Please note that you will need Adobe Acrobat to read the help files. You can download a free copy from Adobe here.

Download the Speakers Program. and get familiar with it. Feel free to add all your congregation information, speakers assigned to your congregation and so on. It is a closed or locked version only in the Setup File and then only in the one field that adds you congregation name to the program. Then when you decide that you would like a personalized copy with your congregation name all I need to do is mail you a full copy on CD or just simply email you the setup file. The new setup file will come with your Congregation Name in place and all you will need to do is replace the new setup file over the old one and update your personal congregation information. An easy to use instruction on how to replace the Set-up file with come with the CD or Emailed copy

To receive a copy of this program on CD or have the setup file emailed to you here is what you do. (1) Mail me a check or Money Order for $35.00 US for the CD Order or $25.00 for the download only. This will pay to cover material, postage and many, many hours of time. Please mail to Fred Meulemeester, 308 Simcoe Street Tillsonburg Ontario Canada, N4G 2J6. To speed up delivery you may also email me you mailing address and I will put a copy in the mail right away. This way you should get the CD about the same time I get the Check or Money Order. Or (2) download the copy from the web only and follow the instructions for payment above. Since this program is created for Jehovah's Witnesses it stands to reason that it would only be useful to Jehovah's Witnesses. However I will need to the following information to verify that you are one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Please double check to see if your email address is correct if you want me to get back to you. And be sure to put your congregation name exactly as you want it to appear in you Speakers Program report as that field is not modifiable

The "Speakers Program in Spanish" is now ready for delivery.
But please note: A Brother and I have been working on the translation of the program and it is now ready for delivery.
The program is in Spanish and all the reports will print in Spanish but you will need to understand some English to learn to use the program, hopefully someday we will have that translated as well. Some of the help files are in Spanish but many of the names and so on are still in English
Please follow the instructions with the CD before setting up the program and feel free to email me at any time for additional help.
Be sure to ask for the Spanish version when ordering!

I have started this group in hopes of getting feedback from existing users with suggestions, questions and answers that work.

It will also be a place to post any of the updates that I have done. This past year alone I added or changed at least ten items to the program, including a place to make notes or directions to the Kingdom Hall and a place to note if the speaker is an Elder or Ministerial. As brother us the program they like to see changes that work in their congregation so I make the changes as in most cases they are very good suggestions.
