Kelsey's is a Full-Service Restaurants Located on the corner of Broadway & Bridge Street in Tillsonburg. Kelsey's was established in 1999 and is one of my favorite places for lunch, dinner or just to have a drink and relax with friends and family. There is always something new being served for lunch, from American and Canadian Cuisine, plus mouth watering desserts.

For those who enjoy the great outdoors, why now come out and try their Outdoor Seating area. The Dress Code is Casual, however don't get carried away, Shirt and shoes required for service. And you won't go away with an empty wallet as most of their Dinner including appetizer and main course are under $20.00
